Game Modes: Classic vs Rotating Judge
Every room has a Game Mode setting:- Classic — Everyone submits, everyone votes. Points are earned per vote received. This is the default.
- Rotating Judge — One player is the Judge each round and picks the winner directly. See Rotating Judge for the full rules.
Quick Play
The fastest way to start playing. Tap Quick Play and you’ll be automatically matched with other players looking for a game.- Games fill up to the host’s max player setting (typically 5–7, configurable up to 12)
- If 3 or more players are waiting after 30 seconds, the game starts automatically
- Empty slots are filled with AI bots if “Fill with Bots” is enabled
- Tap Save as Default in the Quick Play settings to remember your preferred config for next time
Create Room (Private)
Host your own game with custom settings. When you create a room, you get a 4-6 character room code that you can share with friends.- Pick a Game Mode — Classic or Rotating Judge
- Customize all game settings — rounds, timers, letter count, categories, and more
- Choose whether to make the room public (visible in the Game Lobby) or private (invite-only)
- Set a custom room name so friends can identify your game
- Choose which AI bots to include

Have a room code from a friend? Tap Join Room and enter the code to jump straight into their game.Game Lobby
Browse open games in the Game Lobby. Two tabs let you find the right game:| Tab | What it shows |

Offline Mode
No internet? No problem. Offline Mode lets you play solo against local AI bots with no connection required. It’s a great way to practice your acronym skills or play on the go.Offline games don’t count toward your leaderboard score or stats since they aren’t connected to the server.
