Daily Nym is a community-wide creative challenge that runs every 24 hours. One acronym, one chance to submit, the whole community votes.

How It Works

Today's letters drop

Every day at midnight UTC, a new acronym appears in the Daily Nym screen — for example, L · O · L.

Submit your Nym

You have until the end of the day to write your phrase. Attach a GIF if you want to bring it to life. You can edit your submission anytime before the day closes.

Voting opens

When the day ends, voting opens on every submitted Nym. Tap to vote for your favorites. Voting runs for 24 hours.

Daily Nym Winner

The submission with the most votes becomes the Daily Nym Winner. Yesterday’s winner is featured prominently in the app and on the website.

Rules

  • One submission per player per day. Edit it as many times as you want until the day closes.
  • No voting for yourself. Like in regular games, you can vote for any submission except your own.
  • Public by default. Daily Nyms are part of the community feed — all submissions are visible to everyone.
